  • Name, email address, and phone number when you create an account, enroll in a course, sign up for our newsletter, or contact us.
  • Payment information, which is processed by Kajabi. We do not store full payment card details.
  • Information you share in messages or community discussions, including Instagram direct messages handled through ManyChat and posts in our Discord community.
  • Information you share during live sessions on Google Meet, including any text or audio you contribute.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website or interact with our content, we automatically collect:

  • IP address and general location data.
  • Browser type, device information, and operating system.
  • Pages viewed, time spent, and links clicked.
  • Referring website and search terms.
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies, as described in Section 5.

Information from third parties

We may receive information about you from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when you interact with our ads, from Google Analytics, and from other service providers we use to operate our business.

  • Consent, for marketing emails and certain cookies.
  • Legitimate interests, to operate our business and improve our services.

Service providers we use to operate the business

  • Kajabi, which hosts our courses, processes payments, and sends our emails.
  • Meta Platforms, for advertising. See Section 5 for details.
  • Google, for analytics and live session hosting.
  • ManyChat, for managing Instagram direct message conversations.
  • Discord, for our community space.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them.

Legal and regulatory disclosures

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.

Business transfers

If we sell or restructure the business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Meta Pixel

We use Meta Pixel (also known as the Facebook Pixel) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to deliver targeted ads to you on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).   • Show you ads on Meta platforms based on your interactions with our website (retargeting).
  • Build Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences for our advertising.
