Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Simple Sunnah website, courses, content, community, and any related services (the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Simple Sunnah is operated as a sole proprietorship based in Ontario, Canada.

  1.  Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase a course, or otherwise use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

  1.  Your Account

To enroll in a course or access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and current information.
  • Keeping your login credentials secure.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.

You may not share your account or transfer it to anyone else. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  1.  Our Services

Simple Sunnah offers Islamic educational content and courses, including pre-recorded lessons, live sessions, community access, and supplementary materials. The exact scope of any course is described on its product page at the time of purchase.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. If we discontinue a paid course you have already enrolled in, we will provide a pro-rated refund or a reasonable alternative.

  1.  Purchases and Payment

Course payments are processed through Kajabi, our course platform. By purchasing a course, you authorize the charge of the purchase price and any applicable taxes to your selected payment method.

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change at any time, though changes will not affect courses you have already purchased.

  1.  Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on course purchases. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date by emailing [email protected].

After 30 days, all sales are final.

For live cohort courses (such as our Founding Group programs), the 30-day window runs from the start date of the cohort, not the purchase date.

  1.  Access and License

When you purchase a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course content for your own personal study. You may not:

  • Share your account or login credentials with anyone else.
  • Download, copy, redistribute, or resell any course content.
  • Use the course materials for commercial purposes.
  • Translate, adapt, or create derivative works from the content.

This license lasts for as long as we make the course available, subject to these Terms.

  1.  Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our courses, including videos, audio, text, images, designs, logos, and the Simple Sunnah name and brand, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

  1.  Community and User Content

If you participate in our Discord community, comment on our platforms, or share content in any of our spaces, you agree to:

  • Not spam, solicit, or promote unrelated products or services.
  • Not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Not share other members’ private information.

You retain ownership of content you post, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content in connection with the Services.

We may remove content or suspend members who violate these rules.

  • You agree to conduct yourself with respect during sessions.
